Business Development Analyst Entry Level Description:

Q Capital Strategies is looking for a motivated energetic associate to join our team as an Entry Level Business Development Associate in our Manhattan, NY office.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years minimum of business and/or insurance experience

  • Careful attention to detail

  • Possess a high sense of urgency

  • Well developed mathematical skills in the finance area

  • Above average computer and Microsoft Office skills, including expertise in EXCEL

  • Strong customer service focus

  • Must possess strong verbal and written skills in the English Language

  • Strong team player

  • Background in financial services, mortgage processing, banking, or insurance preferred, but not required

  • Must be analytical

  • Must be able to multi-task and accurate

  • Understanding on how to review and prepare business development information for meetings and for widespread distribution
